Services
We offer mobile maintenance, diagnostics, and windshield work across the Denver metro area, and body, paint, and repair work at our shop. Descriptions on the website are general. An estimate, schedule, and scope for your vehicle are confirmed when we communicate with you directly. Timeframes we give are estimates unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Quotes and insurance
Website form submissions and phone or email inquiries are requests for contact, not a binding contract. Estimates may change after we inspect the vehicle or receive insurer direction. When we help with an insurance claim, you remain responsible for your policy, deductibles, and approvals with your insurer.
No warranty on the website
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. We do not offer a warranty or guarantee through the website. Any warranty that may apply to work we perform, if any, will be stated separately for that job. Vehicle repairs involve inherent risk; we perform work with reasonable care consistent with industry practice.
Your responsibilities

- Do not misuse the site (spam, scraping, attacks, or illegal content)
Payments
Payment terms are set on invoices or as we agree for a specific job. Late or unpaid balances may pause work or affect scheduling.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Colorado law, NextGen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or from delays outside our reasonable control. Our total liability related to website use is limited to $100. Liability for work performed on a vehicle is governed by the agreement for that job and applicable law.

The site may use third-party services such as Cloudflare (including Turnstile) for security. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and logos belong to NextGen or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for normal browsing and personal reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
